This time, Ansan Branch received an appreciation plaque at the Korean War Veteran Association Kyeonggi-do Ansan Branch Office on 26th May.

Awarding the plaque, the Korean War Veterans Association appreciated Shincheonji Volunteer Ansan Branch for they had been regularly holding events for the Korean War Veterans and helped the association through volunteer services for several years.

The Korean War Veterans Association officials said, “We deeply appreciate that they are contributing to the development of the local community with their public spirits and the spirits of sacrifice. Especially, we prepared the appreciation plaque because they worked hard for holding many events for the members of the association and performing volunteer services.”

Koh Changdeok, Shincheonji Volunteer Ansan Branch Manager who received the appreciation plaque shared the organization’s impressions, “Comparing to the sacrifice for the nation of the veterans, our volunteer services aren’t enough. We’ll never forget our thankful heart towards them and will do our best to make them smile a bit more in their lives.”
